These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Health Horizon website (www.thhorizons.com) and the transplant coordination services provided by Health Horizon ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
Health Horizon is registered and operates from Ahi Elvan Caddesi, 1951 Sokak No 2/14, Emirler, Etimesgut, Ankara, Türkiye.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website, submitting a contact form, or engaging our transplant coordination services, you confirm that:

Health Horizon provides transplant coordination services for patients seeking kidney and liver transplant procedures. Our services include:
• Connecting patients with qualified transplant hospitals and medical centres in India, Türkiye, and Tajikistan
• Coordinating medical consultations, evaluations, and treatment schedules
• Assisting with visa processing, travel arrangements, airport transfers, and accommodation
• Providing information and guidance throughout the transplant journey
• Facilitating communication between patients, donors, and medical teams
• Offering post-operative follow-up coordination and support
3. Health Horizon Is a Coordinator, Not a Medical Provider
It is essential to understand that Health Horizon acts solely as a transplant coordination and facilitation service. We are NOT a hospital, clinic, medical centre, or healthcare provider.
We do not:
• Provide medical treatment, diagnosis, or medical advice
• Perform surgical procedures or transplant operations
• Employ surgeons, physicians, or medical staff who deliver direct patient care
• Guarantee specific medical outcomes or transplant success rates
• Make medical decisions on behalf of patients or donors
All medical treatments, surgical procedures, and clinical decisions are performed by independent hospitals, surgeons, and medical professionals at our partner facilities. Health Horizon's role is limited to coordination, logistics, and facilitation. The relationship between a patient and their treating medical team is independent of Health Horizon.
4. User Responsibilities
By using our website and services, you agree to:
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information in all forms, communications, and documents
• Disclose all relevant medical history, conditions, and medications to the coordinating team and treating physicians
• Comply with all pre-operative and post-operative instructions provided by the treating medical team
• Obtain all necessary travel documents, visas, and insurance independently or through recommended agencies
• Behave respectfully and cooperatively with Health Horizon staff, hospital personnel, and all service providers
• Not use our website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or databases
• Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from our website without prior written consent

The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only. It is not intended to serve as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

Our coordination service fees and hospital treatment costs will be communicated to you transparently before you engage our services. Please note:
• Treatment costs are determined by the partner hospitals and are subject to change based on the patient's medical condition and treatment requirements
• Health Horizon's coordination fees are separate from hospital and medical fees
• Payment terms, methods, and refund policies will be outlined in your individual service agreement
• Currency exchange rates and international transfer fees are the responsibility of the patient
• We recommend patients confirm all costs in writing before commencing their transplant journey
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
a) Health Horizon shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from:
• The medical treatment, surgical outcomes, or clinical decisions made by partner hospitals and medical professionals
• Complications, adverse effects, or unsuccessful outcomes from transplant procedures
• Delays, cancellations, or changes in treatment schedules caused by hospitals, medical teams, or regulatory authorities
• Visa rejections, travel disruptions, flight cancellations, or accommodation issues
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers, including hospitals, airlines, hotels, and visa agencies
• Loss of data, unauthorised access, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control
b) Health Horizon's total liability for any claim related to our coordination services shall not exceed the amount of coordination fees paid by you to Health Horizon for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
c) Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Health Horizon website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, page layouts, and software, is the property of Health Horizon or its content licensors and is protected by Turkish and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content from our website without prior written permission
• Use our trademarks, logos, or brand name in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without authorisation
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on our website content
• Use our website content for any commercial purpose without explicit written consent

• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Any information you provide to us that is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading
• Any dispute between you and a third-party service provider, hospital, or medical professional
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website and services at any time, without prior notice, if:

• You provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Your conduct is harmful to Health Horizon, other users, or third parties
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory order

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our website and services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ankara, Türkiye.

13. Force Majeure
Health Horizon shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• War, terrorism, or civil unrest
• Government actions, sanctions, or regulatory changes
• Hospital closures, medical staff shortages, or equipment failures
• Internet or telecommunications failures
• Travel restrictions, border closures, or visa policy changes
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Health Horizon regarding your use of our website and services. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
